Green Pan Reversible Griddle

This is a well made griddle that I bought to use on my induction stove although the first time I used it was in the oven. I followed the directions and put a light coating of oil on it before baking a variety of seafood at a high temperature. It cleaned up beautifully. Can’t wait to try pancakes on the stove! I love the environmentally friendly coating Green Pan puts on their cookware which is also healthier for us humans.

Hand wash and hand dry only.
To clean, wash with warm, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaners or detergents with degreasing action to protect the pre-seasoned coating and prevent removing the seasoning. Do not use wool scrubbing pads, bleach, or oven cleaners.
Do not allow cookware to air dry. Towel dry immediately after each wash.
