Quick and Easy!

I was skeptical on ordering this product as I know many slushie machines can be testy on the ingredients and how well they slush. I am lactose intolerant and miss having soft serve custard in the summer. The day I received the product I tried to make milkshakes with the lactose free half and half and milk. It was perfect! Over the weekend I took it to camp and made custard (soo good!) and frozen Lynchburg Lemonades. Can I say WOW! Clean up was a breeze and it will be a staple at our site for other frozen treats! My husband was sad I didnt bring it home with us for the week and left it at camp! Great purchase!

Easy, Fun, and Delicious Frozen Treats at Home

I had such a great first experience with the GreenPan Frost Pro Ice Cream & Frozen Drink Maker. It was extremely easy to set up, and I really appreciated that GreenPan includes both a user guide and a QR code that takes you to a care and use video. As a visual learner, that was especially helpful. The machine itself is beautiful. I love the cream color, and it fits perfectly with my other appliances and decor. I also thought the flippable side handle for storing ice cream cones was such a cute and clever touch. It comes with several useful accessories too, including cleaning brushes, a spatula, an accessory bag, extra gaskets, and swirl extruder cover accessories. The control panel is very easy to use, and I love how versatile this machine is. You can make gelato, slushies, soft ice cream, spiked slushies, sorbet, milkshakes, and more. I also really appreciate that it has a built-in compressor, so you don’t have to freeze anything ahead of time like you do with some other machines. For my first treat, I made the vanilla ice cream recipe included in GreenPan’s guide, and it turned out fantastic. The mixture was easy to prepare, and the ice cream was ready in about 45 minutes. Once the machine beeped and displayed “COOL,” it was ready to serve. My family absolutely loved it. I honestly thought we would have leftovers, but they ate every bit of it. It was easily one of the best homemade ice creams we’ve ever had. I also liked that the dispensing spout is drip-free and auto-closing, which helped keep my counter clean. The machine was surprisingly quiet while running, and cleanup was very straightforward. I used the extrude/clean mode with warm water and a little soap, then disassembled the parts for hand washing. Everything was easy to take apart and put back together, which I really appreciate. Overall, I absolutely loved this machine. It’s beautiful, easy to use, versatile, quiet, easy to clean, and makes delicious frozen treats without needing to pre-freeze anything. We’re already planning what to make next, and I’m especially excited to try soda slushies. I highly recommend it.

Great for making smooth frozen drinks at home with minimal hassle.

I've been using the GreenPan Frost 2.0 for a little while now, and overall I've been happy with it. The machine is easy to set up and doesn't take up as much counter space as I expected. It took me a couple of tries to learn which drinks work best, but once I got the hang of it, the slushes came out smooth and refreshing. I like that I can make frozen drinks at home instead of buying them from a store. Cleanup is fairly simple, and the removable parts are easy to rinse. The machine isn't completely silent, but the noise level is reasonable. If you enjoy slushies, frozen coffee drinks, or frozen cocktails, this is a fun appliance to have around.

Cool machine

Cool machine to use at home. I made mango slushy at home. It took awhile to get from liquid to ice. But very easy to setup. The back vent does get warm, it’s a bit noisy, so it needs to be in a ventilated area. But it’s a cool party trick to have. Overall satisfied.

So fast and easy

This was gifted to me and I used the gelato function to try it out and it was so fast and easy - I love that you don’t need to pre freeze and prepare so far in advance. The texture of the gelato function was really thick and creamy!
