Love this pan!

Cleaning
Our Premiere Titanium collection is hand wash only. Oil the wood handles regularly with food-safe mineral oil to strengthen the wood's natural resistance to moisture and protect it from stains.
Sharpening
Are those precise cuts getting a little less precise? Our knives are designed to be sharpened and deliver years of ultra-thin slicing.
Storage
Store your knives in a knife block or drawer. Use knife sheaths if you are storing your knives in a drawer.

Thermometer

Cleaning
Wipe clean with a damp sponge or cloth. Do not use solvent-based cleaners or methylated spirits. Thoroughly clean the thermometer after each use to avoid cross contamination.
Storage
Store closed. Avoid crowded drawers where the probe can catch on utensils or kitchen tools to prevent damage.
Changing the Battery
Unscrew the battery door. Tap the door off into your hand if it's stuck after unscrewing. Replace with a CR2032 battery with the + side up. Replace the battery door and screw back in.
